Gift of the Naaru by gummiberri Gift of the Naaru by gummiberri
So it's been a while since I've uploaded anything and this is why. I have been working on this scultpure for far too long!

This is my draenei priest Lourdes, it's a kind of a tribute/farewell piece as I haven't played WoW for quite some time. It's also the first time I've tried a humanoid figure and clothing and man, did I learn a lot! I'm just glad it's done now. Phew.

The outfit is kind of based on the Raiments of the Divine, a robe I was after for ages and never got :( Typical. The staff is just a green one from somewhere in the game. I was going to make Benediction but I figured I had enough on my plate already.

Made from Super Sculpey and Sculpey Firm, with weak areas reinforced with Apoxie Sculpt. Painted with acrylics.

Oh my. The details are immaculate. o_o I'm slowly working my way up to trying to sculpt humanoid figures, but seeing this...... the sheer thought of trying this makes my hands ache.

Hehe it did take quite a while, but still not as tricky as a horse!

So cool that you sculpted your WoW character!! I have a Draenei Paladin, a Night Elf Hunter, a Night Elf Rogue, and a Human Rogue (not to mention three Horde characters). :D But there's no way I could sculpt any of them as professional looking as yours here!! Bravo!!

Thanks a lot! Those WoW things are always tricky to make, I've tried a few and always ended up smooshing them :(
